Under One is 50/50 over-under coastal image taken at Merewether Baths in Newcastle. The photo shows the “1” block above the surface with blue sky overhead, while the underwater half reveals the green pool floor and light patterns. This type of image is captured using a wide-angle lens inside a dome port, which allows the camera to sit partly above and below the water at the same time. The setup creates a split view that highlights both the structure of Merewether Baths and the clear coastal water.
All prints sizes are inclusive of white border.
