0108 Afloat

Afloat was captured from the water looking back toward Redhead, flipping the usual viewpoint on its head. Most images face out to sea, this one sits low, level with the surface, watching the shoreline instead. From here, the beach feels compressed and human. Heads between sets, conversations drifting, the land watching the ocean for once. It’s a reminder that perspective changes everything, sometimes the most interesting view isn’t the horizon ahead, but the coast behind you.
